Class SimplexNoiseField
Octaved simplex noise (fBm) over 1-4 dimensions, normalized to [-1, 1]. Mirrors the v2 generator's
SimplexNoiseField, seeding per-octave coordinate offsets with JavaRandom exactly as
upstream does (new java.util.Random(seed).nextDouble()*256) — required for terrain parity. Each octave
applies a frequency/amplitude multiplier.
